Proprio il design rende possibile la realizzazione del nuovo concetto di co-business, offrendo un volto appropriato all’ambiente lavorativo attraverso la trasformazione degli spazi.

Ideato, progettato e realizzato da Bertone Design, FAE Technology Hub nasce con l’intento di rivoluzionare l’ufficio tradizionale. Grazie al design fluido e dinamico che propone dei contesti modulari e facilmente adattabili a diverse esigenze, lo spazio gode di maggiore ergonomia e configurazione, contribuendo a stimolare la cooperazione, migliorare l’efficienza e la performance lavorativa delle persone.
Concept
Il concept progettuale di FAE Technology Hub si sviluppa intorno alle cinque caratteristiche principali: la dinamica dello spazio raggiunta attraverso la modularità e la geometria formale; la privacy garantita grazie alla presenza delle aree isolate; l’accessibilità della tecnologia elettronica per la quale sono state appositamente studiate le soluzioni portatili; l’utilizzo delle tecnologie all’avanguardia, un medium per trasmettere e condividere conoscenza; e, infine, il benessere del lavoratore che rappresenta la priorità del progetto.
La natura dicotomica del modulo, elemento chiave di ispirazione, costituisce le fondamenta del suo potere di generare in continuazione gli spazi attraverso i suoi elementi, risolvendo così il problema di relazione tra i componenti e lo spazio-ospitante.
Il carattere dinamico e modulare dell’Hub, quindi, si basa sulla capacità di componenti di essere combinati tra di loro in diversi modi. Il risultato, ovvero l’ambiente versatile, ibrido e fluido, è stato ottenuto grazie alla scelta delle forme sinuose per le pareti e i separé che creano delle composizioni lineari e curve; all’utilizzo dei materiali leggeri e compatibili legati alla proposta funzionale e alla divisione dello spazio.
Le aree chiuse che godono di una maggiore privacy garantiscono un ottimo isolamento visivo e acustico necessario per la concentrazione. Le pareti di vetro svolgono una doppia funzione, permettendo di rimanere connessi al principale flusso lavorativo e allo stesso tempo separando gli ambienti in base al loro carattere operativo.
Per gli elementi di ingegneristica hardware sono stati progettati dei contenitori portatili (product accelerator wall) che consentono di trasportarli in maniera rapida da un posto all’altro facilitando la mobilità dei prodotti operativi all’interno del Hub e così agevolando il processo lavorativo.
FAE Technology Hub dispone delle tecnologie all’avanguardia necessarie a rendere lo spazio polifunzionale e adatto allo svolgimento di diversi tipi di attività. La LED wall, per esempio, posizionata al centro della sala open-space, diventa un ottimo strumento sia per interagire in diretta con altre sedi del gruppo FAE Technology, con i clienti e partner da tutto il mondo, sia per condurre i seminari, lezioni, workshop e training.
L’ambiente interno dell’Hub, dal quale si apre una spettacolare panorama sulle montagne, è un ambiente confortevole, accogliente e moderno. La giusta proporzione tra luce naturale e artificiale assicura il comfort visivo. La parete verde che si sviluppa lungo tutto lo spazio, ha lo scopo di prevenire le situazioni di stress creando una gradevole cornice naturale e di depurare l’aria. Le aree di riposo, circondate dal verde lussureggiante, creano una sensazione di familiarità e accoglienza, permettendo ai lavoratori e agli ospiti di godere il momento di pausa e di accumulare le forze.
Gli arredi, dalle linee pulite e moderne, incarnano il dinamismo dell’Hub: leggeri e piacevoli al tatto, con le finiture lignee, metalliche e di tessuti morbidi, sono frutto della maestria artigianale che ha saputo unire le texture naturali e industriali in maniera equilibrata. Trasformabili e adattabili a esigenze diverse in tempo reale, i tavoli, le sedie e i separé possono essere spostati a piacimento in modo da adeguare lo spazio a l’una o l’altra funzione.
La scelta di materiali e di colori riflette, in maniera determinata, l’identità di FAE Technology in quanto l’azienda in continuo sviluppo. I giochi cromatici di blu scuro usato per le pareti e delle luci LED integrati danno all’ambiente un tocco di vivacità; le tonalità accese del verde creano una combinazione armonica con l’arancione scuro degli arredi dell’area riposo; infine, i toni neutri usati per gli arredi delle postazioni di lavoro favoriscono una maggiore concentrazione.
Un connubio tra il design, le tecnologie e il pensiero imprenditoriale ha introdotto un nuovo approccio di percezione del posto di lavoro che pone al centro la collaborazione tra le persone, mirata alla creazione di nuovi prodotti e nuove realtà di alto valore.

FAE Technology Hub, a large space inside the Kilometro Rosso Innovation District, aims to unite the protagonists of technological innovation, manufacturing companies and designers in a solid and concrete way, to develop high-quality synergistic projects in the world of IoT.

Concept
The design concept of FAE Technology Hub is developed around the five main characteristics: the dynamics of the space achieved through modularity and formal geometry; privacy guaranteed thanks to the presence of isolated areas; the accessibility of electronic technology for which portable solutions have been specifically designed; the use of cutting-edge technologies, a medium for transmitting and sharing knowledge; and the well-being of the employees which represents the priority of the project.
The dichotomous nature of the module, a key element of inspiration, constitutes the foundation of its power to continuously generate spaces through its elements, thus solving the problem of relationship between the components and the host-space.
The dynamic and modular character of the Hub, therefore, is based on the ability of components to be combined with each other in different ways. The result is the versatile, hybrid and fluid environment, obtained thanks to the choice of sinuous shapes for the walls and dividers that create linear and curved compositions; the use of lightweight and compatible materials linked to the functional proposal and to the division of space.
The closed areas that enjoy greater privacy ensure excellent visual and acoustic insulation, necessary for concentration. The glass walls perform a double function, allowing visitors to remain connected to the main workflow and at the same time separating the environments according to their operational character.
For the hardware engineering elements, portable containers (product accelerator wall) have been designed, facilitating the mobility of operational products inside the Hub and thus facilitating the work process.
FAE Technology Hub has the latest technologies necessary to make the space multifunctional and suitable for carrying out different types of activities. The LED wall positioned in the center of the open-space room, becomes an excellent tool both for interacting live with other FAE Technology group offices, with customers and partners all over the world, and for conducting webinars, workshops, events and lectures.
The internal environment of the Hub is comfortable, welcoming and modern. The right proportion between natural and artificial light ensures visual comfort. The green wall that develops along the entire space is intended to prevent stressful situations by creating a pleasant natural setting and by purifying the air. The rest areas, surrounded by lush greenery, create a feeling of familiarity and welcome, allowing workers and guests to enjoy the moment of rest and build up their strength.
The furnishings, with clean and modern lines, embody the dynamism of the Hub: light and pleasant to the touch, with wooden, metallic and soft fabric finishes, they are the result of the craftsmanship that has been able to combine natural and industrial textures in a balanced way. Transformable and adaptable to different needs in real time, the tables, chairs and dividers can be moved at will in order to adapt the space to one or the other function.
The choice of materials and colors reflects the identity of FAE Technology as the company in continuous development. The chromatic combinations of dark blue used for the walls and the integrated LED lights give the environment a touch of liveliness; the bright shades of green create a harmonious combination with the dark orange of the furniture in the rest area; finally, the neutral tones used for the furnishings of the workstations favor greater concentration.
A combination of design, technologies and entrepreneurial thinking has introduced a new approach to perception of the workplace that focuses on collaboration between people, aimed at creating new products and new high-value realities.
