Suspended above the whispering jungle of Tulum, a village of sun and shadow takes shape—where architecture floats on wooden stilts. The houses emerge as gentle apparitions, honoring the heartbeat of nature and the quiet return of sea turtles to their sacred shore.
In the heart of the Yucatán Peninsula, embraced by the wild serenity of the Tulum jungle, a new type of settlement is born—one that does not claim the territory, but rather coexists with it. This community of prefabricated modular homes rises gently above the forest floor, resting on tall wooden stilts designed to leave the native biome intact.
The architecture becomes part of the canopy, allowing flora and fauna to continue their millennia-old cycles below. A beacon rises nearby, serving both as a lighthouse for sustainable living and a poetic gesture toward the horizon.
The site also includes infrastructure built with reverence for the land, including protected nesting areas for sea turtles — guardians of this coast for millennia.

At an architectural scale, the villas form the core of the project. Thoughtfully modular and precisely assembled, each structure adapts to its surroundings while maintaining a consistent design language.
The types vary—some more compact, others more expansive—yet all share a commitment to ecological sensitivity and elegant functionality. Private pools reflect the sky, and generous terraces open the homes to the sun and breeze. Each house is a refuge, and at the same time part of a broader rhythm, composed like notes in a silent symphony of the jungle.

Sustainability is integrated into the very foundations of the project: materials are chosen for their low environmental impact, energy efficiency is prioritized, and passive cooling strategies are integrated throughout.
The modular construction method not only minimizes waste but also allows for efficient transport and quick assembly with minimal site interference.
At the most intimate scale, the interiors reflect a philosophy of refined minimalism. Spatial clarity, natural textures, and precise details define each room.

The furnishings are modular and versatile, reflecting the adaptability of the architecture itself. Light flows uninterrupted through open spaces, while carefully selected materials — wood, stone, linen — ground the experience in tactile authenticity.
