Bertone Design was commissioned to renovate an apartment in a 1930s building (from the Terragni school of architecture). The idea of the project was to use modern and refined materials making them blend perfectly in a warm and cosy environment made of grey and taupe colours. The interior contains special design elements such as the Bellini table in the dining room.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts from home automation to a private internal lift which connects the two floors.
One of the most original elements of the property is the circular landing with boiseries from which the apartment is accessed. It opens directly into a large open-plan area designed according to the principles of rationalism and embellished with a series of windows which make it incredibly bright.
