Bertone Design Africa is a subsidiary company owned by Bertone Design Italia and Marita Group Holding, operating in Morocco and headquartered in Rabat. Created to operate in the African market, Bertone Design Africa is involved in all current and future projects of the holding company: from the development of urban road networks for completely eco-sustainable electric vehicles in Rabat to urban planning and architecture projects throughout Africa. In detail, Bertone Design Italia collaborates with the Marita Group in the development of project concepts and manages the artistic direction of all the activities carried out by Bertone Design Africa. The Marita Group, instead, is responsible for the organisation and management of the new company and for the commercial development of the Bertone Design brand in Africa.

Bertone Design Russia is a subsidiary of Bertone Design Italia which operates in the Russian, Ukrainian and Kazakh market. It is currently developing two important projects: Pobedy Park in Togliatti, in development since 2015, and the Moscow Residence, a redevelopment project to turn an old municipal building into a luxury villa in the old centre of Moscow.
